Our schedule is as follows:


Create great eaters from the start! When your baby is gearing up to start solids, this series is the ultimate way to ease the transition and build your confidence and cooking skills! We’ll answer all your questions about introducing solids for the very first time, and guide you through the first three crucial months of baby’s first foods. But best of all, you’ll leave every class with a freezer stocked with meals for your baby. Save by booking all three parts.

January 18, 6:30-9:00 p.m.
The Woodlands, TX
This class is ideally taken when your baby is gearing up to start solids. We’ll prepare a variety of single-ingredient purees, and let you mix, match, and blend to create a palate of fruit and veggies that your new little eater will love. You’ll go home with 24 portions of food! Even more, we’ll prepare and sample a dish for moms and dads that incorporates one of those purees (oh right, you need to eat, too.) Butternut squash risotto, anyone?

February 16, 6:30-9:00 p.m.
The Woodlands, TX

Now that your little eater is a pro at single ingredient purees, we’ll expand her palate by incorporating a combination of fruits and veggies, and adding herbs and spices. You’ll also learn how to use leftover purees to create more advanced dishes for your little eater (and ones you can make for your whole family!), and this class will begin to introduce larger portions as baby’s appetite grows. Sample Menu: savory squash “soup” puree, apple-cinnamon pouches, sautéed zucchini puree with garlic and basil, and peach and mint puree. You’ll take home 24 portions in your baby food tray PLUS a combination of 6 meals and pouches.

March 15, 6:30-9:00 p.m.

This class is the first introduction to real meals, and you’ll learn the best ways to cook (and introduce) dairy, grains, meats, and more! Leave the baby food containers at home—in this class, your baby is ready for more food, and we’ll be packaging up the meals we make into tot-sized portions! Best of all, the meals we make in this class are ones you can recreate for your entire family (because we know short order cook isn’t your mealtime goal.) Make freezer space for the 16 meals that you’ll have stocked and ready in your freezer after this class! Sample menu includes: apple pie oatmeal, baby’s first green smoothie pouch, red lentils with quinoa, and chicken pesto risotto (nut free).

The Essential Toddler Food Cook Class: Toddlers’ Favorite Foods
January 21, 6:30 – 9:00 p.m.
The Woodlands, TX

Your tot’s favorite foods–but with a healthier twist! You’ll leave with a freezer full of meals and snacks that are ready for when you need them and packaged perfectly to take to go or send to daycare or preschool. Sample menu includes: unprocessed chicken nuggets, sweet potato mac and cheese, crispy chickpea fritters, and zucchini muffins—yum!

Culinary Instructor



Kristen is a born and raised Texan. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction with a minor in business from Texas A&M University. Her day job is in multifamily real estate, but her true passion is cooking. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, and she and her husband plan all their vacations around food!

When Kristen became a mom in April of 2015, she began to look deeper at the types of food she fed her child and herself. She dedicated the first year of her daughter’s life to breastfeeding and making her own baby food—two things she never thought she would do before becoming a mom! Kristen is committed to starting her daughter’s palate off the right way with fresh organic veggies, fruits, and meats. She can’t wait to share her knowledge!

Kristen resides in The Woodlands, Texas with her husband, their daughter and two dogs.
